Qualifications

• Any natural person, Filipino citizen, of legal age with capacity to contract and Fundamental Baptist.
• Completed the prescribed pre-membership education training.

Application Requirements

• Duly accomplished application form. This is subject to the approval of the Board of Directors.
• Application fee of Php 50. This will be refunded to the applicat in case of rejection for membership.
• Initial share capital contribution of which at least Two Hundred Pesos ( Php 200) corresponding to one 200 shares paid upon submission of the application for membership. The minimum share capital subscription must be at leat One Thousand (1000) preferred share.
